On the periphery of the Mauritian capital and located on the other side of the M1 motorway, opposite the old showroom in the Smart City of Montebello, the brand new, environmentally-friendly showroom dedicated to the Mitsubishi brand was inaugurated by Leal & Co Ltd on 19 June.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Prime Minister, Louis Steven Obeegadoo, the Chief Executive Officer of the Leal Group, Eric Leal, and several representatives of the brand from Japan and Dubai. The opening of this first building in the Smart City of Montebello also coincided with the launch of two new flagship models from the Japanese brand, the Outlander Sport and the Triton.
Built in harmony with the environment, this new Mitsubishi showroom is part of a vast project by the Leal Group involving the construction of 3 new buildings covering an area of 11,200 sq m, at a total investment of more than €16 million (editor’s note: 840 million rupees). The complex is distinguished by its use of eco-friendly materials and planet-friendly technologies, reducing energy consumption while offering visitors a unique experience thanks to its modern aesthetic and sustainable approach.
* The Leal Group also took advantage of the launch to announce the opening of an eco-responsible workshop and garage on the same site.
