The Precinct, a prestigious office complex in Grand Bay that offers tenants a futuristic design for flexibility, sustainability and employee well-being, officially opened on May 11.
Guests, dignitaries and media were present at the opening ceremony and were invited to tour the state-of-the-art facility that was developed at a cost of $31 million (MUR 1.2 billion) by Mauritius-based Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA), a real estate development specialist and subsidiary of Grit.
Comprising more than 10,000 square meters of leasable space, the project will be part of a larger complex to be developed in phases and will include up to 500 parking spaces. With a prime location near the M2 highway at the entrance to Grand Bay, The Precinct will be part of three interconnected environments, all set in a green landscape.
