Here they come!
The five Class 40* left Tangier (Morocco) last 26, arrive in Mauritius.
They will be anchored in Port Louis, precisely in the channel in front of the Sunset Hotel, the only channel where the draft allows the passage of these keelboats. They will be able to be admired before taking to the sea again on September 11 to head for New Zealand (Auckland).
Tangier (Morocco), the Cape Verde Islands, Auckland, French Polynesia, Ushuaïa (Argentina), Reef (Brazil), Grenada, Lorient and… Mauritius are the different destinations of the stages of the first round-the-world trip named Globe40, 30,000 miles long*.
