Two “green” workshops were on the program for Saturday, November 14 at the C Mauritius Hotel (Palmar)! The first focused on organic home gardening and urban agriculture, while the second dealt with indoor cultivation of fine herbs.
The hotel and its staff were able to learn about grafting techniques and horticulture. The workshops were led by Mauribio, the leading producer of organic and natural fruits and vegetables in Mauritius.
